Active Adults Water Exercise

This is challenging aerobic workout while taking it easy on your joints. It is possible to sweat in the water! Participants will need to wear a bathing suit and bring a water noodle to class. City Lake Aquatic Center, Morning and Evening classes available, 49 & under $45; 50+ $30
