Purpose

Any City of Mesquite senior center is a community facility serving active adults 55 years old or older. The center functions as a meeting place where participants can socialize take part in activities, classes and receive services that enhance quality of life, facilitate independence and maintain involvement in the community.

Goal

The department is dedicated to provide diverse program opportunities with broad appeal that promotes mental and physical benefits for active adults in the community 55 years old or older. (See operations guidelines)
