General Information

Rutherford Senior Center is located in South Mesquite in the 75149 zip code bordered by 75181 zip code. The facility is attached to Rutherford Elementary School and Rutherford Recreation Center. The senior center was completed in 1993 and shares gym space with the school and recreation program.

City of Mesquite senior centers are community facilities serving adults 50 years or better. The centers function as a meeting place where participants can socialize, take part in activities and classes and receive services that enhance the quality of life. Programs are designed especially for mature adults.
