The Municipal Arborist reviews and monitors all public and private
projects that may impact the Urban Forest in the City of Mesquite.
The Municipal Arborist is also responsible for the review and approval
of all Landscape, Irrigation, Tree Survey, Tree Preservation and
Tree Mitigation plans submitted for public or private development
projects. The Landscape and Tree Guide is a comprehensive source
for information and forms used by Landscape Architects, Licensed
Irrigators and developers submitting plans for projects in Mesquite.
