Goodbar Activities:

Wii Bowling League  

Be a part of the video game revolution. The Nintendo Wii allows people of all ages to bowl, play baseball, golf or tennis without lifting a ball or running the bases. Each senior center location (Evans, Goodbar, Rutherford) offers a fall and spring league for adults 55+ to bowl with a team. Check the Yesterday’s Kids newsletter or call the centers for information on date and time to sign up and start league play.
 

General Information

Goodbar is located in North Mesquite, in the 75150 zip code area. The facility is attached to McKinsey Elementary School and is utilized for seniors, youth and reservations. The center was built in 1985 with the school and recreation center sharing the gym space.

City of Mesquite senior centers are community facilities serving adults 50 years or better. The centers function as a meeting place where participants can socialize, take part in activities and classes and receive services that enhance the quality of life. Programs are designed especially for mature adults.
