Evans Activities:

Senior Exercise  

Limber up with a series of easy stretching and range of motion movements done seated and standing. This easy exercise class utilizes exercise bands and is offered MWTHF at 11:00 a.m. This is a great program for individuals beginning an exercise regimen or to help maintain flexibility.

General Information

Evans Senior Center is centrally located in the 75149 zip code area of Mesquite. It is in one of the city’s oldest neighborhoods attached to the only stand-alone recreation center in Mesquite. The senior center was built in 1977 and underwent a complete renovation in 2010.

City of Mesquite senior centers are community facilities serving adults 50 years or better. The centers function as a meeting place where participants can socialize, take part in activities and classes and receive services that enhance the quality of life. Programs are designed especially for mature adults.
