General Information
City of Mesquite senior centers are community facilities serving adults 55 years or better. The centers function as a meeting place where participants can socialize, take part in activities and classes, and receive services that enhance quality of life. Programs are designed especially for mature adults. Feel better and get fit working out in the weight room, or joining a Senior Exercise Class or Yoga. Learn new skills or expand your horizons in a class or seminar. Enjoy the company of other active individuals at the dance or on a day trip.
Lunch
Leave the cooking to us an affordable hot meal is served Monday-Friday at 11:45 a.m. Participant 60+ may eat for a suggested donation of seventy-five cents. Those 50-59 may eat for $2.75.
Senior Adult Dance
Enjoy live music, dancing, fellowship, and light refreshments at Evans Senior Center. Dances are the 2nd, 4th, and 5th Friday nights each month from 7:00 – 9:30 p.m. Admission is $4 per person. Schedule of bands is available in the monthly newsletter or by calling 972-285-6761. |
