As with all neighborhoods, community appearance and the condition of the housing stock are valid concerns of residents. Therefore, the Neighborhood Code Officer plays a key role in the implementation and success of the Neighborhood Initiatives program. A full-time Code Officer works specifically in the target area to enforce nuisance and housing concerns, and is currently working on a plan to implement a Code Education and Awareness Program. The current target area is the Rollingwood Hills neighborhood. The following streets are included in this target area:
