How can I suggest a title for the library to purchase?
There are a number of ways you can make a suggestion.
Talk to one of the reference librarians either in person or by telephone at 972-216-6220 (Mesquite Main Library) or 972-681-0465 (Mesquite North Branch Library).
We cannot guarantee that we will purchase the title, but we do give consideration to patron requests when selecting titles. You can ask to be placed on a waiting list so that you’ll be notified when the title is available.
How do I register a complaint?
If you want to report an unsatisfactory situation, please talk to a staff member at either library location.
If you want to register a complaint about a staff member, please ask to talk to their supervisor.
