My Account is in the Mesquite Public Library System’s online catalog. It is in the series of links in the dark blue bar at the top of each page.
In My Account, you will be able to review your account to see what items you have checked out and their due dates as well as any holds you have, renew your items, change your PIN, and notify us of a change in address.
To log in to My Account you will need your library card number and your PIN. Enter your library card in the space labeled User ID, and your PIN in the space labeled PIN, and then click on the appropriate button.
When you first got your library card, you received a bookmark with your PIN on it. If you’ve forgotten your PIN, you can request it from either the circulation or reference staff. You will need to show a Photo ID to verify your identity.
Log in to My Account and select User PIN Change. You will need to enter your current PIN, enter what you want for your new PIN, and then re-enter the new PIN. Your new PIN needs to be a 4-digit number.
