To generally qualify for admission to Mesquite Housing’s Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher Program, a family’s gross annual income (before any deductions) must fall within the following HUD published, extremely low income limits (last published 5-31-11):

• 1 PERSON - $14,550
• 2 PERSONS - $16,600
• 3 PERSONS - $18,700
• 4 PERSONS - $20,750
• 5 PERSONS - $22,450
• 6 PERSONS - $24,100
• 7 PERSONS - $25,750
• 8 PERSONS - $27,400

Applicants with reported incomes exceeding the above limits are ineligible for placement on the waiting list and will be notified, in writing.
