To generally qualify for admission to Mesquite Housing’s Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher Program, a family’s gross annual income (before any deductions) must fall within the following HUD published, extremely low income limits (last published 12-11-2012):

• 1 PERSON - $14,200
• 2 PERSONS - $16,200
• 3 PERSONS - $18,250
• 4 PERSONS - $20,250
• 5 PERSONS - $21,900
• 6 PERSONS - $23,500
• 7 PERSONS - $25,150
• 8 PERSONS - $26,750

Applicants with reported incomes exceeding the above limits are ineligible for placement on the waiting list and will be notified, in writing.
