HOW TO ACCESS A FREE E-MAIL ACCOUNT class offered from 9:00 - 10:30 a.m. at the Mesquite North Branch Library, 2600 Oates Drive. The class will include setting up an e-mail account with Yahoo, Google or MSN. Students will learn to compose, send, read, forward and delete e-mails. There will be an explanation of the parts of an e-mail address, including the name, domain and extensions. E-mail etiquette and security issues will also be addressed.  NEW CLASS!! MICROSOFT EXCEL 2003 FOR BEGINNERS offered from 9 a.m. to 12 noon at the Mesquite Public Library, 300 W. Grubb Drive. Experience with Microsoft Word or attendance to Word Processing Basics is a prerequisite to signing up for the course. Students are taught the basics of Excel spreadsheets, such as entering and editing data, creating and editing math formulas, using preexisting math formulas, and formatting cells, rows and columns.
