Engineering records for areas within the City of Mesquite can be delivered to the customer via e-mail. The customer will be e-mailed a hyperlink that will allow them to directly download the requested information from our FTP site. To place a request to the City of Mesquite Engineering Records staff please follow the below instructions:

• Download, print, and fill out the following form: Request_Form_Website.doc
• Create a map highlighting the area of interest. (an example of a sufficient map would be a scan of a mapsco sheet with area of interest highlighted)
• E-mail completed form and location map to [email protected].
