Distribution Management Inc., otherwise know as DMI, leased 69,280 square feet of industrial space at 4401 Samuell Blvd. in Mesquite, TX. The wholesale office supply firm is headquartered in Saint Charles, MO.
The 256,000-square-foot building was constructed in 2007. The site at 4401 Samuell Blvd. is one of three buildings in the Mesquite Business Center. It is located approximately 10 minutes from the Dallas central business district.
