Mark Hindman was appointed Assistant City Manager in 1995. Mr. Hindman had previously served in the City of Lubbock as Fiscal Administration Director. Mr. Hindman holds a Bachelors Degree in Sociology from Geneva College in Beaver Falls, Pennsylvania and earned his Master of Public Administration at the University of Kansas.
