Carol Zolnerowich - Deputy City Manager


Carol Zolnerowich was appointed Deputy City Manager in 1995 after serving as Assistant City Manager since 1988.

Ms. Zolnerowich holds a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science and a Master of Public Administration, both from Texas Tech University.

The Deputy City Manager oversees the following departments:

Communications
Community Development
Finance
Housing and Community Services
Information Technology
Marketing and Tourism
Mesquite Arts Center
Police Service
