Assistant City Manager

Jerry Dittman was appointed Assistant City Manager in 2010 after serving in roles as Manager of Traffic Engineering and Street Lighting and Assistant Director of Public Works since 2005. Prior to his time with the City, he also worked for a private consulting firm. Before that, he served in the U.S. Army, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers and as a professor at Michigan State University.

Mr. Dittman received a Bachelor’s degree from West Point and a Master of Civil Engineering from Rice University.

He and his wife of 28 years, Beth, have two adult daughters.
