New Utility Billing

The City of Mesquite is proud to offer a new utility billing system. Here are the details:
  • New utility billing system will be effective with the November 2014 utility bills.
  • All customers will have a new account number structure.
  • Customers using online banking will need to update their account number information with their bank. Be sure to use the full account number with no dashes or spaces.
  • Due dates and billing cycles will NOT change.
For online payments:
  • Current online payment service will NOT be available the week of October 27.
  • New and improved online payment system will be available the week of November 3.
  • Customers will need to sign up for the new system at “Online Payments."
For Interactive Voice Response (IVR) payments:
  • Paying with credit card by phone through the IVR system will NOT be available the week of October 27.
For the the new Phone App payment option:
  • New phone app payment option will be available in November.
  • The app will be available for iPhone and Android.
  • Visit your app store and search for “City of Mesquite Utility.”
